Wear resistant steel plate is a quenched and tempered abrasion resistant steel with surface hardness of 360–600 HBW. Our NM series (NM400, NM450, NM500) delivers performance equivalent to SSAB Hardox 400 / 450 / 500 at a competitive factory-direct price, making it the ideal choice for equipment subject to severe abrasive wear.

FAQ

What is the difference between NM400 and Hardox 400?
NM400 (GB/T 24186) and Hardox 400 (SSAB) both have 360–430 HBW hardness and equivalent wear resistance. NM400 offers a cost advantage for the same performance.
Can wear plate be welded and formed?
Yes. Use low-hydrogen consumables; preheat 75–150°C for plates over 12mm. Cutting, bending, and drilling are all supported with proper tooling.
Do you provide cutting and fabrication?
Yes. Plasma, laser, and flame cutting to your drawings. Bending, bevelling, and drilling available. We deliver ready-to-install parts.
What is the MOQ and delivery time?
MOQ: 1 ton. Stock sizes ship in 7–15 days; production orders 20–30 days. Third-party inspection (SGS/BV) welcomed.
What trade terms do you offer?
FOB (Qingdao/Tianjin/Shanghai), CIF, CFR, EXW. Payment by T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance) or L/C at sight.
